FAQ:

1. How can your company benefit me?

              ANS: For every penny you invest with our company, we pay a solid 7% to 12% annual rate of return. Your risk is reduced because we have full control over the asset and our company must continue to pay you your monthly dividend each time. We will never ask you to deposit up front cash rather, we request funding from you on a per deal basis. To make offers we will use a letter of intent from you along with proof of funds. You will have quick access to information about current investments and management updates through our website.

 

2. What happens if you can not find tenants or you lose them?

ANS: It is very rare that more then 15% of our tenants will default on their lease agreement in one month. Therefore, if this occurs our company still has enough cash flow from all operations to continue to pay your monthly dividend until any vacant property is re-leased.
Even though the economy is unstable corporations and people still need a place to operate and live. We screen our tenants very carefully, while this alone cannot guarantee fulfillment of a lease, we greatly reduce our default rate because of the screening system we use.

 

3. How is my cash secure?

ANS: Your cash is not being invested into the stock market where there is no control. Instead, we invest your cash into tangible real estate you can physically see. Upon closing a deal, Alexa signs a mortgage with you just like a traditional bank and a promissory note per individual property. If a problem were to arise you are the only lien holder on the property.

 

4. How long of a commitment must I keep my cash out for?

ANS: We require an 18 to 30 month commitment before you will get paid back your full principal and interest. Although, our company does make an effort to pay back principal and interest within 12 months.

 

5. If I risk my cash am I guaranteed a minimum number of interest payments?

                          ANS: Yes, Since we can pay you back at anytime during your commitment term we do not expect a client to risk their cash for only 2 or 3 months therefore, we guarantee our clients 12 interest payments minimum. Even if we pay you back your full principal within 3 months after investing with us you will still receive a full 12 months of interest payments.

 

6. I like your company concept, after my commitment and I get paid back, can I reinvest or roll my money back into more
    investments?

ANS: YES, we will be happy to assist you and roll over your cash back into more investments. Although, you will have to start a new 18 to 30 month commitment.

 

7. Are you a licensed securities broker dealer?

ANS: No, our company is a real estate acqusition company only.
